Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Enstap, operated by Klariom Ltd, helps organisations manage reputation data from connected business locations and mobile applications. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Enstap.
Information we process
We process your account identity, authorised organisation membership, connection and audit history, billing-unit records, and the reviews and public responses available through sources you connect. Depending on the source, this may include Google Business Profile, Google Play and App Store data.
Connected accounts
You authorise each external service directly. Enstap receives access tokens or API credentials needed to retrieve properties and reviews and to publish responses you approve. Credentials are encrypted before storage. We do not receive your Google password.
Prepared response drafts
Review text and business context you provide may be securely processed by our response-preparation service to create a suggested response. Each draft is saved so reloading does not prepare it again. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any response before publication.
How we use and protect data
We use data to provide the service, synchronise reviews, prepare reports and drafts, publish approved responses, maintain security and audit records, and administer billing. Customer accounts are logically isolated. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and control
We retain information while your account or a lawful operational requirement remains active. You can disconnect a source to stop future synchronisation. Contact Enstap through the support channel published on enstap.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
Changes
We may update this policy as Enstap and its connected sources evolve. The date above identifies the current version.
