These terms govern your use of Enstap, a reputation-management service operated by Klariom Ltd. By using Enstap, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

Authorised use

You must only connect business locations, applications and external accounts that you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Reviews and responses

Enstap retrieves reputation data from supported sources and may prepare response drafts. Drafts are suggestions, not professional advice. You must review their accuracy and suitability. A public response is sent only after an authorised user approves publication.

Connected services

Your use of Google Business Profile, Google Play, App Store and other connected services remains subject to their respective terms, policies, permissions and availability. Enstap cannot guarantee access where a provider restricts, changes or withdraws its API.

Billing units

Each connected business location or mobile application may be treated as a separate billing unit. Enstap records when properties are connected, disconnected and billable. Any applicable price and plan details shown at purchase govern your subscription.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, circumvent access controls, publish unlawful or deceptive material, interfere with other customers, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but Enstap is provided subject to reasonable maintenance, provider outages and evolving integrations. To the extent permitted by law, Klariom Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Contact Enstap through the support channel published on enstap.com with questions. We may update these terms and will identify the current version by its effective date.
